In 2007, Poème was born in a shop that did not exceed 200 square meters . Our journey started with the objectives of not producing quantities but unique and distinct qualities of Belgian chocolate mixed with the Lebanese taste with the goal of always providing you with new tastes and new ideas to make the best chocolate in Lebanon. The most important thing about Poème is that it has succeeded since its beginning in changing the concept of presenting chocolate by working hard to provide new ideas and adding exclusive and unique flavors monthly without ignoring the old ones, as well as taking care of packaging, wrapping, punctuality, customer follow-up and assistance in all fields. Today, we have over 400 different tastes of the finest chocolate molded into a piece of art in order to not just satisfy your taste buds but also all your senses! Poème has successfully applied ISO 22000 principles, we pride ourselves for being one of the highest quality chocolate producers in the region, exclusively using Belgian chocolate, and we will continue to make world-class chocolate by observing our fundamental principles and pressing forward with our challenging creative spirit and producing high quality, contemporary and unique chocolate from our top-notch factory in Lebanon. Poème now also shares its delicious chocolates with more than 25 countries in 5 continents.

Poème has recently made a qualitative leap in terms of strategic vision of business development methods thanks to the fruitful consultations of the most important global specialized partnerships. This resulted in the addition of advanced technologies and mechanisms in manufacturing and the addition of a new team specialized in Social Media and another team in the field of Marketing in addition to increasing the number of members of the Design team. The first step was to transfer Poème’s expertise and make excellent offers to its customers, considering that our customers are primarily our partners.
